What you are opening
The repository spans research, script, storyboard, voice, scene building and QA. Keep the full library and choose an install scope: skill-only mode does not provide rendering.
How to set it up
- Keep the whole pinned checkout and inspect install.sh and THIRD_PARTY.md.
- Run ./install.sh --mode minimal for the skill set, then ask for setup if you need rendering.
- Review the script, voice rights and storyboard before rendering and inspecting the final video.
Requirements and third-party terms
Node 20+, npm, FFmpeg, rsync and Python 3. Remotion has its own source-available license and may require a paid company license. Optional local Qwen3-TTS/ASR needs several GB of downloads and separate model licenses; voice cloning requires the speaker’s consent. Fonts use OFL. Choose minimal mode before optional rendering dependencies.
Before you add it
- Read the instructions and review any scripts before running them.
- Check tool access, required credentials and third-party network requests.
- The source license and any resource-specific terms take precedence.
