Operator and scope

AgentSkillsDir is operated by Orbitlane Labs LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. Contact: contact@orbitlanelabs.com. This policy describes the current service.

What the website processes

You can browse the directory without an account. Resource entries describe public repositories and include links to their original sources. Do not submit passwords, credentials or private repository information.

Online resource submissions

The online form collects the public resource URL, name, one-line description, category and optional contact email. For abuse prevention and rate limiting, our submission handler computes a salted hash of the IP address; it does not store the raw IP address in the submission record. Submissions are stored for manual review in Supabase (database hosting, Tokyo region). The hashed IP is kept with the record. Rejected submissions are deleted within 12 months. Listed entries show only public repository information, never your email address. We use the optional email only to contact you about the submission, and may not reply to every submission. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in reviewing resources and protecting the directory from abuse (UK/EU GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You can request deletion by writing to contact@orbitlanelabs.com.

Resource Suggestions by Email

If you email submit@agentskillsdir.com, we receive your email address, your name if your email shows it, and the content of your message, including the repository link. We use this information only to review your suggestion and to reply to you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the directory (UK/EU GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Emails are stored in our business email provider's mailbox. We keep suggestion emails for up to 12 months after our last reply, then delete them, unless we need them longer to handle a dispute or comply with the law. If a repository is listed, only its public repository information appears on the site, never your email address. You can ask us to delete your email at any time by writing to contact@orbitlanelabs.com.

Hosting and correspondence

Vercel hosts the site and receives ordinary page and asset requests, including IP addresses and browser/request information. Its infrastructure may process logs for delivery, security and abuse prevention under its own practices. See Vercel's privacy notice. Email sent to agentskillsdir.com addresses, including submit@agentskillsdir.com and contact@agentskillsdir.com, is received and forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing and stored in Zoho Mail. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Zoho's privacy policy. Optional Google Analytics 4 is available only after analytics consent. We do not use advertising pixels, session replay or affiliate tracking. If you contact us by email, your message and address are processed to answer the inquiry; do not send credentials or private repository information. We retain correspondence only as needed for the inquiry and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Browser storage and choices

A browser preference record stores necessary storage acknowledgement, analytics and advertising preferences, and the time saved. Preferences expire after 365 days. Google Analytics loads only if you allow analytics using the current consent version (17 October 2026). Older preferences do not authorize this service; we ask again. Before consent, after rejection and after withdrawal, we do not load the Google tag or send analytics requests. No advertising service is enabled. Reject all stores both optional categories as off; Customize lets you choose each category. The footer reopens these controls. To withdraw analytics consent, choose Reject all or turn analytics off and save; collection stops and this site removes its _ga analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not delete measurements already sent to Google. Global Privacy Control keeps both optional categories off. Clearing browser storage removes the saved preference. The directory's language preference may also be stored so that your language choice can be remembered.

Optional analytics

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 receives a page-view event containing the site origin and page path (without query strings, fragments or referrer), together with browser/device information and the IP address exposed by the network request. Google processes this information under its policies and may process it outside your country. Our analytics integration does not send document contents, editor text, form values or search terms. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Analytics cookies (_ga and ga*) distinguish visits and may last up to two years unless you withdraw or clear them sooner; the consent choice expires after 365 days. Third-party links and control

Links you choose to open lead to independent websites under their own policies. We do not sell personal information. Email the operator to ask about information supplied directly to us, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location. This service is not designed to collect information from children.

Changes

Any material change to data processing or introduction of optional services requires an updated notice and appropriate controls before those services are enabled.
