Requirements and third-party terms

Claude Code and Node 20.10+. Chrome/Chromium is needed for capture checks. The maintainer describes zero runtime dependencies for the drawing kit. Figures are educational: they should not prescribe medication, doses or treatment. Generated citations and biological assumptions require review.
