Jevcrawl MCP Server
Crawls a site toward a question and returns source-linked passages, using an external Jev decision model to rank the route.

What you are opening
The Python MCP server also provides a CLI and an agent skill. It scores links and passages to guide traversal; its published benchmark claims have not been reproduced by this directory.
How to set it up
- Read the pinned README, obtain your own Typesafe/Jev credentials and keep them in your local client environment.
- Use the SHA-pinned uvx command in the MCP tab. Fill the Typesafe credential placeholder only in your local client; Codex forwards TYPESAFE_API_KEY from its environment.
- Run the pinned doctor command in Setup and test one allowed public page before widening the crawl.
Requirements and third-party terms
Python 3.11+, uv and your own TYPESAFE_API_KEY from console.typesafe.ai. The external Jev service receives scoring inputs and may charge per use; review its terms and data handling. Optional JavaScript rendering installs Playwright/Chromium. Respect the target site’s access rules and crawl only content you are authorized to retrieve.
Before you add it
- Read the instructions and review any scripts before running them.
- Check tool access, required credentials and third-party network requests.
- The source license and any resource-specific terms take precedence.
