brag skill · Project Launch Video (latent-spaces)

brag skill by latent-spaces (latent-spaces/brag) turns the project you just built into a short, shareable launch video—music, motion, and share copy—via one agent command (/brag or lean /brag-slim). What it is / is not

A launch-video agent skill: one command turns a just-built project into a short shareable clip. It is not a performance review “brag document”, not a hosted paste-URL SaaS on this site, and not another publisher’s same-name repo.

Optional hosted runner (outbound only): letsbrag.app — we do not mirror it.

System requirements

  • An agent that supports Agent Skills (Claude Code, Codex CLI, opencode, or custom instructions)
  • Node.js 22+
  • FFmpeg on PATH
  • Hyperframes CLI for classic /brag — npx hyperframes (check with npx hyperframes doctor)

Classic path uses Hyperframes. Windows: enable Git symlinks (core.symlinks) or copy skills/brag/ by hand per README.

  • /brag — /brag · classic: Story, tone and moments → Hyperframes renders music, motion and share copy into brag-output/.
  • /brag-slim — /brag-slim · Opus 5.5 lean: Same creative rules, no Hyperframes and no bundled assets. On Opus 5.5, /brag switches to slim automatically; /brag --full keeps classic Hyperframes.
  • /brag --voice — --voice · off by default: Voiceover is off unless you pass --voice. Narration uses Kokoro through Hyperframes when enabled.

FAQ

What is brag skill?

Is this a performance “brag document” / brag-doc?

No. This page is a launch-video agent skill, not engineering performance writing or deeheber/brag-doc. Do not use “brag document” as the H1 intent.

Which publisher?

We pin latent-spaces/brag only—not kammradt/brag-skill or other same-name forks.

/brag vs /brag-slim?

Slim is the lean Opus 5.5 path without Hyperframes; /brag --full keeps the classic Hyperframes workflow. On Opus 5.5, /brag switches to slim automatically.

Is --voice on by default?

No. Enable with /brag --voice.

What do I need installed?

Agent Skills support, Node.js 22+, FFmpeg on PATH, and Hyperframes CLI for full /brag (npx hyperframes doctor). Slim can skip Hyperframes.

vs OpenMontage / Hyperframes?

brag = project launch short-video skill. OpenMontage = full agentic production pipeline (separate page). Hyperframes is a dependency of classic /brag; its catalog page may still be unlisted (“相关：Hyperframes，目录待上”).

Will AgentSkillsDir render videos for me?

No. Source-linked directory only. We do not host Hyperframes, run /brag, or mirror letsbrag.app as a SaaS. Listed ≠ audited.
